    سید مصطفی رضازاده بنیانگذار کیک بوکسینگ – موی تای در گیلان و اولین کاپیتان تاریخ کیک بوکسینگ ایران بود که در سه رشته تکواندو، کیک بوکسینگ و موی تای به‌عنوان ملی پوش و مربیگری ملی ۵ رشته رزمی را در اختیار دارد و باشگاهدار برتر گیلان در سال ۹۴ معرفی شد.

    رضازاده در باشگاه عقاب المیپک پرورش دهنده قهرمانان بزرگی همچون آرمین هادی پور از قهرمانان تکواندوی آسیا و جهان بود.

    آن مرحوم به عنوان کاپیتان تیم ملی ، مدال طلای رقابت‌های کیک بوکسینگ جهان در اتریش و به عنوان مربی، نایب قهرمانی کیک بوکسینگ آسیا در ماکائو را در کارنامه ورزشی خود داشت.

    «سيد مصطفي رضازاده» هفتم مهر ماه در جاده رستم‌آباد ـ رشت هنگام كمك به راننده يك دستگاه خودروي نيسان واژگون شده، با خودروي ديگري برخورد كرد و جان باخت. بي شك منش پهلواني او بيش از قهرماني در ياد مردم و به ويژه اهالي ورزش اين ديار خواهد ماند چرا كه او نه تنها در زمين ورزش كه در عرصه زندگي درس چگونه بودن داد.
